Installation Services

Installation service is typically provided by Orbital Systems' Certified Resellers, or Systems Integrators and is available for all positioners.  Purchasers of a system bundle bought directly from Orbital Systems are packaged with installation labor.  All methods of installation include some hardware training at installation.  For the most comprehensive training, especially for the operation of high level software processing and interpretation, is best done by purchasing your system through one of our Systems Integrators who bundle Orbital hardware with additional Systems Integrator supplied hardware  and sophisticated software packages that can require extensive user training.

Advanced hardware training for Orbital Systems products is available at Orbital Systems' facility in Irving, Texas, USA.

Integration Services

If you have purchased an EOS-FES from us as part of a package, we provide remote integration services to assist with automatic transmission of Level 0 data from our EOS-FES Server to your application-specific high level processing and analytical systems. We also provide master schedule and auto scheduler system integration and integrate your antenna and demodulators.

Customers IT configurations must permit use of the Orbital Systems remote support tool to obtain these services.
