Accessories for Orbital Systems Positioners and Direct Broadcast Systems
RS422-to-Ethernet Converter – Converts serial data formats from controllers to Ethernet telnet protocol data for transmission over local area networks.
Fiber Module - Converts RS-422 control data, 140 MHz RF and 720 MHz RF to single mode fiber signals. This module allows long-distance, remote operation of an antenna system, up to 15 km without repeaters. The indoor unit is a rack mounted 1U enclosure.
Radome Entry Control – Allows for safe entry of radomes by positioning an on/off switch by the entry hatch that inhibits movement of the positioner while entering the radome. It also provides a positioner movement warning sound and flashing light before motion starts.
